- Encourage positive behavior and social interactions among children through guidance and modeling
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to share insights on each child's development and address any questions or needs
- Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards at all times





Requirements

- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Robust classroom management skills coupled with patience and empathy
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Certification in early childhood education or related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be supported
- Demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive environments that support diverse learning styles
