Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator Level 1 or 2 to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or additional assistance due to disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to ensure each child's needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones.
- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently upheld within the classroom and play areas.
- Utilize computer skills to document observations, prepare reports,



and coordinate educational activities efficiently.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or related environments.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation accurately.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping and educational planning purposes.
