Wood’s Eastern Canada Development program is looking for new graduates to join our team and take part in our multi-year program designed for our future business leaders. This program provides you with the opportunity to gain the needed technical and project management skills required to excel in a variety roles within Wood. This program also provides mentoring with senior leadership, external and internal networking opportunities and exposure to a wide range of projects, allowing you to develop your full potential.

Skills / Qualifications

What are we looking for?

- This is a new graduate position - you must be in your final year of study or have recently graduated from a recognized university
- Candidates will be expected to have a solid academic record




- Flexible and willing to relocate and / or travel offshore to take advantage of the best opportunities across Wood
- Demonstrate leadership through work experiences, volunteer roles, community activities
- Confident and willing to learn
- High degree of energy and initiative which would be demonstrated through school and community participation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team player, with the ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Analytical and critical thinking skills

What can you Expect?

- You will enter a cohort and will be paired with a member of the Senior Leadership team who will help you expand your network and provide guidance on work expectations, industry standards and best practices




- You will rotate within various departments throughout the program who are collaborative and innovative, looking for new ideas to solve challenging problems
- You will participate in the full lifecycle of projects, seeing how projects are approached and completed within various departments.
- You will receive on-the-job training and development in a stimulating environment and mentored by experienced people
- You will be given the experience necessary to reach a professional designation (e.g., P.Eng, PMP)
- You will be engaged in platforms that are inclusive of all and celebrate the diversity we bring together, our networks are a place for our employees to connect, learn, share views, tell us what we are doing well and recommend improvements to make Wood an even better place to work
