Your mission will be to manage comprehensive safety and environmental programs across multiple sites. In this full-time role, you will report directly to the General Manager.

Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, leading investigations, and implementing risk reduction initiatives. You will collaborate with site leaders to maintain secure, environmentally friendly workspaces while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee compliance with local and federal EHS regulations
- Manage environmental permitting and reporting
- Lead and coordinate safety training for employees
- Conduct incident investigations and recommend improvements
- Promote safety culture within the manufacturing teams Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- 5–8 years progressive EHS experience
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
