We offer specialized knowledge across Design, Engineering, Project Management, Construction, and Procurement, with a core focus on Civil/Structural engineering, including steel, concrete, foundations, and earthworks.

We are looking for an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with a civil or structural engineering degree to join our team. You will assist senior engineering staff by performing structural calculations, running analysis software, and drafting designs, working under the direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) while working toward full professional licensure.

Key Duties

- Run computer models for steel, concrete, and timber frames.
- Check design loads and load combinations against building codes.
- Review shop drawings
- Building reports




- Working knowledge of the following programs: Word, Excel, STAAD.Pro, MicroStation, SFrame, RISA, L-Pile, and AutoCAD

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Registration: Eligible for registration as an EIT or Member-in-Training (MIT) with provincial bodies like APEGA.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of building codes (such as the National Building Code or CSA standards) and structural software.
- Soft Skills: Transparent written and verbal communication for coordinating with contractors and clients.

Compensation is negotiable depending on experience. Pay: $60,042.56-$130,444.63 per year
