You will take ownership from early client needs and tendering through scheduling, procurement, jobsite coordination, financials, and closeout bringing clarity, calm, and craftsmanship to every phase.

- A steady pipeline of service work across a variety of commercial environments Responsibilities - Manageend to end service projects, including tendering, estimating, and change order pricing
- Support business development efforts by responding to client needs, preparing scopes, and building competitive proposals
- Leadcontract review, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and cost control to keep projects on track
- Coordinateprocurement, dispatch, scheduling, and labour planning in collaboration with field leadership
- Maintain jobsite presence as needed to support foremen and ensure scope, schedule, and quality alignment
- Drive closeout activities,



including final reviews with the foreman and superintendent and lessons learned for continuous improvement Qualifications - Red Seal Electriciancertification
- FSR Class A or Bcredential
- 2 to 2.5+ yearsof experience inelectrical project management and or estimating, including project pricing and or change orders
- Comfortable transitioning from field work to anoffice based service leadership role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across office and field teams
- Solid working knowledge of common productivity tools (Microsoft Office and similar) Nice to Have (Not Required) - Experience incommercial electrical service, includingtenant improvements and retrofits
- Estimating experience usingAccubid
- Familiarity withProcore, Microsoft Teams, and service scheduling workflows
