We are growing and looking for a skilled BMS Technician to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable BMS Technician to install, service, and optimize building automation systems.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in HVAC controls, electrical systems, or building automation who wants to grow within a high-demand industry.

Responsibilities

- Install and commission building automation systems (BAS/BMS)
- Program and troubleshoot controllers (DDC systems)
- Diagnose HVAC system performance issues
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and field devices
- Perform system upgrades and retrofits
- Work with electrical and mechanical contractors on-site
- Interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation
- Optimize systems for energy efficiency and performance
- Provide service and maintenance support for existing clients

Qualifications
- Experience with BAS/BMS systems (Reliable Controls, Siemens,



Johnson Controls, etc.)
- Strong electrical and HVAC knowledge
- Ability to read schematics and control drawings
- Experience with DDC programming is an asset
- Troubleshooting mindset and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Background
- Electrician (309A/442A), HVAC tech, or controls technician
- Experience with VFDs, sensors, and control wiring
- Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, or similar protocols

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
