Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Execute preventative maintenance and safety assessments
• Program and operate Building Automation Systems
• Conduct troubleshooting for mechanical systems and controls
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless operations
Requirements:
• Certificate or qualification as a Journeyperson Mechanic
• Class “B” Gas Fitter’s License with electrical endorsement
• Two years’ experience in HVAC/Refrigeration
• Capable of reading schematics and blueprints
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
