We are looking for an exceptional competitive speedcuber to join our growing Rubik’s Cube program as an Elite Instructor and Program Leader.
This is not a general Rubik’s Cube teaching position. We are looking for someone with a proven competitive background who can become one of the key faces of our program.
Ideal candidate:
Strong competitive speedcubing background with experience in WCA-sanctioned competitions
Demonstrated competitive achievements, such as podium finishes, solid regional/national rankings, championship experience, or other notable WCA accomplishments
Outstanding personal performance in one or more events
Previous experience teaching or working with children, especially ages 5–12
Patient, energetic, and able to explain advanced techniques in a way children can understand
Passionate about helping young cubers improve their speed, accuracy, confidence, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
We are especially interested in candidates who have:
Achieved notable results at provincial, national, continental, or international competitions
Held or challenged WCA records
Represented their region/country at major competitions
Coached students who have achieved strong competition results
What you will do:
Teach small-group Rubik’s Cube classes
Develop students from beginner to competitive level
Introduce advanced solving techniques, finger tricks, efficiency, look-ahead, and speedcubing strategies
Help identify and develop high-potential students
Serve as a role model and competitive mentor for our students
Help shape the competitive side of our Rubik’s Cube program To apply, please include:

Pay: $25.00-$55.78 per hour
