Your high-level expertise will facilitate effective recruiting, onboarding programs, and employee engagement strategies, supporting a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment from screening to onboarding
- Collaborate with Leadership on talent development
- Conduct exit interviews and manage transitions
- Provide training and guidance on HR policies
- Coordinate engagement initiatives and Team Member surveys Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, focusing on Generalist role
- 1-2 years in recruitment and employee onboarding
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with employment laws and workplace standards
