We are hiring Employer Services Representatives to be a practical, trusted advisor to participating employers. This role sits at the front line of employer service: helping pay and benefits administrators understand pension requirements, submit accurate information, resolve issues quickly, and meet their obligations with confidence. The right candidate brings strong judgment, client-service discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex pension rules into clear, useful guidance.
What You’ll Own
- Deliver responsive, accurate, and qualified support to employers across Alberta.
- Guide employers through routine and complex pension submissions, questions, and corrections.
- Help employers understand and meet pension rules, policies, deadlines, and processing requirements.
- Identify issues early, follow through on outstanding items, and keep work moving.
- Build trust with employer contacts by providing clear answers, practical options, and consistent service.
- Translate complex pension information into plain language for pay and benefits administrators.
- Contribute to a strong employer experience by balancing service, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
What You Bring
- A completed certificate or diploma; business or finance education is an asset.
- Two to five years of experience in a business, financial, pension, benefits, or client-service environment.
- Strong accuracy,
judgment, follow-through, and comfort working with policies, procedures, calculations, and deadlines.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly to employers, clients, or administrators.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Compass, Employer Portal, Ariel, Admin Portal, and CRM is a strong asset.
- Contact centre experience is an asset.
- Preference may be given to candidates who have successfully performed this role in a temporary capacity.
