Join the City of Toronto as a Project Advisor, leading policy development and technology initiatives within the Parks and Recreation Division. This full time role emphasizes strategic project management and effective stakeholder communication.
Based at Metro Hall, you will work closely with the Director and management teams to coordinate agendas and develop functional standards and policies. You will manage special projects and address complex issues while representing the division at various levels of government.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate agenda items for committees and Council meetings
• Assist with strategic planning and annual program development
• Draft reports and presentations for senior management
• Oversee project management and quality assurance processes
• Analyze issues and propose effective solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Public Policy and Administration or relevant field
• Extensive experience in public and internal communications
• Strong background in issues management and stakeholder engagement
• Proven project management capability
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
