Your responsibilities include guiding project execution and serving as a mentor while ensuring teams are well-resourced and communicate effectively. You will cultivate a cooperative atmosphere, support continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitate the delivery of mission-critical projects to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee engineering teams, providing leadership and guidance




- Ensure teams have tools to fulfill their mandates
- Champion communication across project lines

- Support adherence to AS9100 quality processes

Requirements:

- 15+ years in mission-critical hardware/software development
- Relevant bachelor's degree; master’s is a plus
- Experience managing engineering managers
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Knowledge of aerospace systems engineering
