Inc. as an Engines Mechanical Failure Analyst. Join a agile team analyzing Caterpillar Engines to determine root causes of component failures. In this permanent position, you will work within the Engines Technical Services department.

Your focus will be on documenting component conditions, researching histories, and analyzing individual parts. This engaging role also involves preparing technical reports that contribute to product improvement initiatives, reinforcing safety and continuous improvement in every task. Key Responsibilities:

- Determine root causes of component failures through analysis
- Prepare detailed technical reports on findings
- Observe and document conditions at disassembly
- Analyze component history and piece parts
- Lead continuous improvement projects in failure analysis Requirements:
- Engineering degree or significant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Caterpillar engines and diesel systems
- Strong root cause analysis skills
- Effective communication of technical findings
