Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate inquiries from physicians and public stakeholders via phone and written communication • Clarify practice management and regulatory guidelines • Guide services like Certificates of Skilled Conduct and resignations • Maintain up-to-date resource guides and correspondence documents • Aid other departments with additional tasks as required

Requirements: • Post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience • High degree of professionalism and independence • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient organizational and time-management abilities • Knowledge of CPSO regulations and healthcare legislation
