Enterprise / Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

Our client, a large and complex Canadian organization, is embarking on a major business and digital transformation centred on the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials.

We are seeking a senior Enterprise / Solution Architect to join the client's core transformation team and provide architecture leadership across this large-scale implementation.

This is a highly influential client-side architecture role. Working alongside business and technology leaders and the Systems Integrator (SI), you will help ensure that business and Finance requirements are translated into a scalable, secure and supportable Oracle Fusion solution.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Fusion expertise with the ability to work strategically and tactically—someone comfortable getting into the details, challenging assumptions and independently reviewing SI solution designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide solution architecture leadership across the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials implementation.
- Serve as a senior client-side solution authority across design, build, integration, testing, conversion, cutover and stabilization.
- Translate Finance business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solution designs.
- Independently review and challenge Systems Integrator designs, unnecessary customization and technical debt.
- Identify cross-functional impacts and architectural dependencies before key design decisions.
- Provide architecture oversight across Oracle Financials, integrations, data, reporting, security and controls.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and supportable.
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs, technical teams, data/integration leads, developers and the SI.
- Support SIT, UAT, data conversion, cutover, go-live and knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Experience

- Robust,



recent Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience.
- Proven solution architecture ownership on at least 2 large, recent end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Minimum 5 years of recent Finance business-process experience and understanding of how Finance processes translate into Oracle applications.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, including areas such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses and Cash Management.
- Experience across multiple implementation phases including design, configuration/build, SIT/UAT, conversion, cutover and go-live.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related Oracle integration capabilities.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data upload, migration and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently review and challenge SI solution designs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Complex, multi-entity or decentralized enterprise environments.
- Fund accounting and/or not-for-profit experience.
- Unit4 Business World / Agresso or other legacy ERP transformation experience.
- Integration ecosystems involving MuleSoft, Workday, Salesforce, Snowflake, OneIdentity and banking platforms.
- Financial governance, audit, security and regulatory environments.

You will help ensure that the Oracle Fusion solution remains aligned with business requirements while avoiding unnecessary customization and technical debt. You will provide independent architectural oversight of the SI, identify cross-functional impacts early and help ensure that the resulting platform is scalable, supportable and ultimately transferable to the client's internal organization.
