LiftBridge Collective is hiring a full-time Entry-Level Account Representative to communicate directly with customers, support account needs, and provide information about available products and services.

This is an in-person, customer-facing position. You will meet with customers directly, have face-to-face conversations, understand their needs, and help them find the appropriate solutions.

Entry-Level Account Representative Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers regarding their accounts and service needs
- Learn customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions
- Assist with account setup and enrollment processes
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Develop strong customer and account management skills
- Work toward individual and team performance goals




- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions

Entry-Level Account Representative Qualifications:

- Solid communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and building professional relationships
