In this role, you will report to the Construction Manager and lead an in office construction crew. Your expertise will ensure projects align with budgetary and safety requirements while supporting a culture of mentorship and collaboration. Regularly submitting reports and overseeing daily operations are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee assigned construction activities and on-site crew • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards • Complete daily progress reports for project management • Train and support crew in safety and operational guidelines • Manage resources and materials effectively on-site
Requirements: • Construction Management degree or equivalent experience • Valid driver's license with a clean record • 5-7 years in the construction industry • High-voltage substation experience is a plus • Understanding of project scheduling and safety protocols
