4 years or more of carpentry work in a commercial/light industrial setting performing various tasks for new construction and renovations Red Seal Journeyperson Certified Carpenter Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications and work from sketches Considerable knowledge of the standard practices, methods, materials,



and tools of the carpentry trade Considerable knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade Ability to plan, lay out, and perform carpentry work of average difficulty Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the carpentry trade Skills in the construction, repair, restoration, and installation of wood or related materials Ability to estimate time and materials needed for assigned work projects Lead by example in promoting a respectful and skilled work environment You’re able to work in NU from now until Oct 31 Willingness to complete pre-employment screening include criminal record check and 10-panel drug and alcohol screen including THC Looking for Meaningful Work?
