Key Responsibilities:



• Welcome visitors and manage the front desk efficiently • Coordinate and execute employee engagement events • Create and manage internal communication content • Support procurement and vendor communications • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in office administration • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • College diploma or degree in a relevant field preferred • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
