IronRock Concrete Coatings is hiring 2 Field Marketing Representatives to join our door-to-door lead generation team in Kelowna.

This is not a commission-only sales job, and you are not responsible for selling projects or closing customers.

Your job is straightforward: speak with homeowners, introduce our concrete coating services, identify interested homeowners, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

You receive a guaranteed $20/hour base wage PLUS $20 for every qualified lead you generate.

What You Can Earn

- $20/hour guaranteed base pay
- +$20 for every qualified lead generated
- Average earnings are typically $25-$35/hour
- Our top performers frequently earn $40+/hour

There is no cap on your lead bonuses. The better you perform, the more you earn.

The Schedule

This position is designed to work well around school, another part-time job, or other commitments. Available knocking shifts are:

Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM-6:30 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM-4:00 PM

You do not need to work every available shift.

We require a minimum commitment of approximately 9 hours per week, and we can work around university and college class schedules.

Because these hours are selected based on when homeowners are most likely to be available, shifts must fall within the timeframes above.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll work in residential neighbourhoods around the Kelowna area and:

- Knock on homeowners' doors
- Have short, friendly conversations about our concrete coating services
- Identify homeowners interested in receiving more information or an estimate
- Collect accurate contact and project information
- Represent IronRock professionally in the community




- Track your leads and results
- Attend training and coaching to improve your performance

You are generating leads, not making sales. Our sales team takes over once you've generated a qualified opportunity.

Who We're Looking For

Experience is NOT required. Some of our strongest performers have started with little or no door-to-door or sales experience.

We're much more interested in finding people who are:

- Confident starting conversations with new people
- Friendly and easy to communicate with
- Reliable and accountable

- Coachable and willing to improve
- Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next door
- Self-motivated when working independently
- Interested in earning more based on their performance

If you're naturally outgoing, have played competitive sports, worked in customer service, hospitality, fundraising, promotions, sales, or simply enjoy talking to people, you may do very well here.

Requirements

- Be fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Have a valid driver's licence and/or reliable transportation
- Have a smartphone
- Be comfortable working outdoors
- Be physically capable of walking for 3+ hours at a time
- Be able to commit to at least 9 hours per week
- Be available during at least some of our Monday-Thursday and/or Sunday knocking windows
- Be reliable and show up when scheduled

This Job Probably Isn't For You If... Door-to-door work isn't for everyone, and we'd rather be upfront about that.

This probably isn't a good fit if you:





- Hate approaching or talking to new people
- Get discouraged easily when someone says no
- Need someone constantly supervising you to stay productive
- Regularly cancel shifts or show up late
- Aren't comfortable working outside

But if you're confident, competitive, reliable, and willing to be coached, this can be a very well-paying part-time position.
