Elevate strategy and operations at the Edmonton Police Service as a Strategic Planning Analyst. This full time, temporary position is key in driving business planning and change management. In this role, embedded within the Strategy and Innovation Branch, you will provide direct support to achieve EPS’s strategic goals.
Your responsibilities include facilitating workshops, developing actionable reports, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to tackle complex projects collaboratively while monitoring risks throughout. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and organize information for strategic direction
- Lead productive workshops and discussions
- Conduct environmental scans for best practices
- Develop actionable reporting for decision-making
- Foster relationships across departments for collaboration Requirements:
- University degree with five years in strategic planning
- Knowledge of research methods and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in managing large, collaborative projects
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
