We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our construction team. This role involves the secure and efficient operation of various heavy machinery essential for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating a range of equipment, including dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, backhoes, and Caterpillar machinery.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment ( e.g. Loaders, Excavators, ETC.).
- Ability to operate snow plows and snow removal equipment.
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate site activities.
- Perform routine inspections & maintenance on equipment, and report any mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
- Follow site plans, markings, and instructions to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with ground crew and other operators to meet daily targets
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Other labour duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skill
- Three (3) years of proven operating experience
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and markings
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
- Displays high levels of motivation and forward thinking.
- Valid BC drivers license

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour (depending on experience)
