Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and mask applications to meet individual client needs
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips to enhance results
- Offer specialized services such as eyelash extensions, waxing, and other beauty enhancements with precision and care
- Engage with clients at the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome, scheduling appointments, and managing client records efficiently
- Drive retail sales by recommending suitable products that complement treatments and meet client goals
- Upsell additional services or products confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain a clean,



sanitized treatment area in strict adherence to health and safety standards while creating a relaxing atmosphere

Requirements

- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations
- Proven experience in performing skincare treatments and esthetician services
- Skilled in eyelash extensions application and retail sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service
- Strong front desk skills including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and record keeping
- Ability to upsell services and products in a friendly, professional manner
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude dedicated to delivering memorable client experiences
