• Organize move-in logistics and suite readiness
• Act as primary contact for new residents and families

• Track move-in and stay statuses for reporting
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service
• Background in hospitality or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Adaptable work hours, including evenings and weekends
