We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator.

Unlike many estimating positions, this role begins with hands-on experience on our production floor. You will learn our products, materials, and manufacturing processes firsthand before transitioning into estimating responsibilities. This unique training approach provides the knowledge and confidence needed to become a successful estimator.

As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to work between the production floor and the estimating department, building a well-rounded understanding of our business.

Responsibilities

- Learn our products, materials, and manufacturing processes through hands-on production experience.
- Gain an understanding of how projects move through the manufacturing process.
- Assist with estimating and quoting projects after completing production training.
- Work closely with production and office staff to gather accurate project information.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members across multiple departments.

Continue developing estimating and manufacturing knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
