We are seeking a passionate and skilled Ethnic Indian Cuisine Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes with authentic flavors and presentation standards.
- Follow established recipes and customize dishes based on customer preferences while maintaining consistency.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Assist in food plating, garnishing, and portioning to ensure attractive presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate shortages or needs to management promptly.




- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during food preparation and service.

Skills

- Proven experience in serving and preparing Indian cuisine within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent cooking skills with a focus on traditional Indian recipes and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with meal preparation, food industry standards, and kitchen operations.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding customer preferences.
- Familiarity with restaurant service processes, including food presentation and timely delivery.
