Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of public spaces, hallways, stairwells, and guest areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Manage laundry services by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and guest clothing with precision and care
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials in designated areas to ensure readiness for guest needs
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly
- Maintain detailed logs of laundry activities and cleaning schedules to ensure accountability and operational efficiency




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled during evening hours to support overall property upkeep
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional hospitality service

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform industrial or commercial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Experience with laundry operations, including handling linens and guest clothing in a professional setting
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment usage, and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy evening shifts
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
