Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting events, marketing programs, or cross-functional business initiatives.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across business functions.

Experience creating and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

Demonstrated ability to identify project risks, drive mitigation strategies, and manage competing priorities.

Experience leading status meetings and communicating updates to leadership-level stakeholders.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Experience working closely with sales or go-to-market teams.

Ability to quickly onboard into a recent environment and manage projects independently.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting event marketing, commercial events, field marketing, or customer engagement programs.

Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.

Experience analyzing event KPIs, lead generation metrics, pipeline influence, or business performance outcomes.

Familiarity with marketing technology (MarTech) platforms and event management tools.

Previous experience within a large enterprise technology organization.

This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Event Operations, Marketing, and Performance teams to ensure events are successfully planned, executed, and measured against business objectives.

The successful candidate will focus on end-to-end project management, driving timelines, stakeholder accountability, risk mitigation, budget tracking, and post-event performance analysis across a portfolio of commercial events.

The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager who can navigate multiple concurrent initiatives, influence stakeholders, and ensure teams remain aligned to deliver impactful business outcomes.
