Job Overview: As a Wedding Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the wedding event by providing assistance to guests, vendors, and the event team. You will be responsible for maintaining the comfort and safety of guests, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring that the event runs according to the established schedule.

Your responsibilities include overseeing guest behavior, assisting with event set-up and breakdown, and ensuring that all areas are properly maintained throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Management:

- Ensure that guests stay in designated areas and are directed appropriately throughout the venue.
- Monitor smoking areas, including the fire pit, and ensure guests adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist guests with any questions they may have regarding the venue or event schedule.

Vendor Support:

- Act as a point of contact for vendors and address any inquiries they may have about event details, schedules, or location.
- Assist vendors with logistical needs as required, ensuring they have what they need to execute their duties efficiently.

Venue Maintenance:

- Monitor and check restrooms to ensure they are clean and stocked throughout the event.




- Address any immediate issues with venue cleanliness or organization to maintain a pleasant environment for guests.

Event Set-Up and Breakdown:

- Assist with the packing up of wedding décor, ensuring all items are safely collected and stored.
- Help with the safe and orderly breakdown of event areas following the conclusion of the event.

General Assistance:

- Provide general support as needed to the event manager to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Respond promptly to any emergency or urgent requests to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Smart Serve Certification
- A valid driver’s license
- Available Nights and Weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience in event coordination or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Must be able to lift and carry light to moderate loads (decor items, chairs, etc.).

Work Workplace:

- This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
