The Coast Rentals is looking for a strong leader and go-getter to help build and operate a new branch of our business focused on luxury events, venue rentals, and hospitality experiences.

This role will oversee the event space located in Richmond Hill, and a private estate property in Durham Region, operating under Coast Rentals

We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, highly organized, resourceful, and experienced in getting business, building relationships, and making things happen.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Has experience in event management, hospitality, venue operations, or business development
- Is confident in networking and bringing in current business
- Can lead projects and coordinate events from start to finish
- Has strong leadership and communication skills
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Takes ownership and initiative
- Is comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for events
- Is able to commute between both venues

Responsibilities Include:





- Growing bookings and partnerships
- Managing venue inquiries and tours
- Coordinating weddings, corporate events, launches, private functions, and luxury experiences
- Overseeing event logistics and operations
- Building relationships with vendors, planners, and community contacts
- Managing client communication and ensuring high-level service
- Assisting in developing the vision and growth of this new business division

Education

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:
- event management, venue operations, hospitality: 4 years (required)
- sales: 3 years (required)

Willingness to travel:
- 25% (required)
