We're looking for a skilled Crew Lead to join our team. We’re excited to be growing and this position will be leading a new drainage crew.

Key Qualifications

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in excavation, drainage, pipe installation, or civil work.

· A minimum of 1 years experience supervising drainage crews.

· Strong understanding of pipe install and grading, code requirements, and trench safety.

· Strong commitment to safety.

· Valid BC Class 5 Drivers’ license, experience pulling trailers considered an asset.

Key Duties

· Leads a drainage crew to complete quality work (perimeter drain installation,



excavation, water line install, minor concrete work, and sewer/storm lateral installation)

· Coaches, trains, and mentors crew, ensuring a productive site where everyone goes home secure.

· Supervises and completes safe operation of heavy equipment (minis, bobcats, dump trucks).

· Leads by example and gets stuck in.

· Completes all necessary site documentation (timesheets, toolbox talks, site reports, slips, etc.)
