Salary: $46.73-56.03/hour

Benefits: This is a unionized position with salary and benefits subject to the requirements of the BC Government Employees Union’s Collective Agreement.

Union Grid: 16-P-PT (BCGEU-CSSEA)

Hours: 35 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 7 hours/day, flexibility to meet client needs)

This is a full-time position; however, part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Start Date: Fall 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter

? About the Role The Physiotherapist Works In a Multidisciplinary Team With Children And Youth Experiencing Physical Disabilities And/or Motor Delays.

Reporting To The Executive

Director, You Will:

- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized intervention plans
- Support children and youth to achieve developmental milestones and improve mobility
- Recommend and support the use of assistive technologies
- Contribute to educational, recreational, and community participation outcomes
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and community partners
- Deliver services using culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches
- Support service delivery across the region, including Haida Gwaii and virtual care options

- Clear Criminal Record Review
- Ability to use standard office and communication technologies and learn new applications
- Physical ability to meet job requirements
- Class 5 driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and daily access to a reliable vehicle
