Executive Director - LTC Full-time- Brandon, MB, Canada This is more than an operations role. We are seeking a dynamic, people-first Executive Director to lead a well-established long-term care home in Winnipeg. This leader will be responsible for overall operations, team leadership, quality of care, and driving a strong, engaged workplace culture.

Responsibilities - Lead LTC growth strategy and drive regional revenue targets.

- Own end-to-end pipeline ownership from prospecting to closing.
- Forecast revenue accurately and manage resources to meet targets.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with growth goals.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.
