Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Regulatory Compliance, this role is essential for maintaining adherence to securities regulations and compliance standards. You will ensure that compliance policies are continually updated and that all relevant training and communication is delivered. Build robust relationships across organizations to safeguard Fidelity’s operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular compliance monitoring and documentation
• Support the review and approval of sales communications
• Create and update training materials for compliance compliance
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and policies
• Assist in developing compliance-focused policies and procedures
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of mutual fund manager or dealer experience
• Proficiency in compliance requirements under NI 81-102
• Post-secondary degree or relevant experience
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
• Knowledge of mutual fund operations is preferred
