We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee and beverages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing drinks, managing transactions, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling food items and maintaining cleanliness in the food prep area
- Manage cashier duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station in accordance with food safety standards
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures




- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

- Proven Barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform cashiering, including cash handling and basic math skills accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in serving or food preparation roles is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
