Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive carpentry expertise to execute a wide range of building projects with precision and efficiency. Your hands-on experience with blueprint reading, concrete forming, cabinetry, and restoration will be essential in delivering top-quality craftsmanship.

Duties

- Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, roofing, siding, and cabinetry using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for foundational work and structural support.
- Execute restoration projects including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and siding replacement to restore buildings to their original condition.
- Install flooring materials such as tile, hardwood, or laminate with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members on masonry work, roofing tasks, plumbing rough-ins, electrical setups, and HVAC systems as needed.




- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry with a robust background in construction projects across residential or commercial sites.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and heavy lifting techniques.
- Knowledge of various construction disciplines including masonry, roofing, siding installation, flooring installation, tile laying, woodworking, and cabinetry.
- Familiarity with rebar installation, concrete forming processes, drywall finishing, painting techniques, plumbing basics, electrical experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to read technical schematics and schematics related to electrical or mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces; commitment to safety protocols at all times.
