Join Our Demolition Crew – Explosive Opportunities Await!

We're seeking an EXPERIENCED reliable and skilled Demolition Technician to safely dismantle structures, operate heavy machinery, deconstruct bathrooms, basements and ensure site compliance to join our Junk Removal & Demolition team. The ideal candidate will have experience driving with a trailer and fit enough for 8 hours of labour daily.

Must have 2+ years experience, valid driver's license, Skid steer experience, and knowledge of building construction. Physical fitness required for lifting and hazardous environments.

This role requires a clean driving record, ability to drive truck and trailer combinations, strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Duties

- Operate commercial vehicle with dump trailer to transport junk/debris to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Job entails driving, labour, furniture moving, concrete demolition, team work.
- -Must have trailer hauling experience. *Specifically experience backing trailers into narrow driveways.

Ideal Candidates must have previous demolition experience. Additional work backgrounds considered will have Construction experience, Farming experience, Mechanical experience, ,



Jackhammer experience (concrete demolition), Excavator and skid steer experience
- Load and unload debris, utilizing machinery when necessary, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of job status on company software app.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Ensure that all cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere to all driving regulations while on the road.

Requirements
- MUST have own vehicle. Valid class 5 driver’s license and drivers abstract is required.
- Experience in commercial driving or freight transportation is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform moving tasks as needed.
- A clean driving record with no major violations is essential.
- Pay: $25-$35/hr based on experience
