Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Fabrication Labourer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be assisting in preparation of materials required for the welding process, high-quality components through a variety of fabrication processes. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with machinery and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assists in preparation of materials required for the welding process.
- Cleans and prepares the surfaces of materials needed to be welded.
- Helps to maintain and clean the workshop, including welding areas, equipment and tools to ensure a safe working environment.

Desired Requirements:





- Punctual and dependable.
- Has some experience in welding or manual labour/ construction (Strong Asset).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to do physical work and work outdoors when required.

-Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Having own vehicle is preferred.
- Proven ability to be a solution-oriented individual who can work both independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
- Nice-to-have: Valid forklift license and knowledge of small construction equipment.
