We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and organize inventory within our warehouse. Your energetic approach will help ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, offloading and loading tractor trailers in a safe working environment.

Duties

- Safely operate forklifts, including order picking, to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the warehouse.
- Perform lifting tasks with proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency during inventory handling.
- Use warehouse procedures to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and assist with order picking processes.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure optimal functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with order picking by accurately selecting items according to pick lists and preparing shipments for dispatch.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support overall warehouse operations.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials such as pallets, crates,



and large inventory items.

Experience
- Prior experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of forklift, order pickers, and other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand equipment functions and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift objects while maintaining proper safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills for efficient order picking and inventory management.
