We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles that enhance our clients' appearance while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Duties

- Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert advice on hair care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and managing payments.
- Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling of products during client consultations.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care tools and equipment.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping clients look their best.
