We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid attention to detail and good work ethic. and hands-on experience with various maintenance tasks.
The ability to operate grass cutting tractors and trimmerseffectively are key components of this position.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of buildings and grounds.
- Engage in landscape maintenance activities, including grass cutting, trimming.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various maintenance projects.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, particularly in landscape maintenance or gardening.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a lawn care role required
