Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking,



and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food safety standards
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Prior restaurant experience is required; willingness to learn is essential
