- Supervise daily workload of millwright teams responsibly
- Execute and plan epoxy grout mixing and verification
- Verify laser alignment of all rotating machinery




- Manage inspections and equipment overhaul processes
- Conduct safety huddles, adhering to HSE standards Requirements:
- Interprovincial Red Seal / Journeyman Millwright certification
- Proven experience in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of epoxy grouting methods and documentation
- Strong precision alignment interpretation skills required
