About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Provide premium nail care services to our discerning clientele
- Perform expert application of Bio Gel, BIAB (Builder in a Bottle), and gel enhancements
- Highly skilled at doing Gel-X and Bio Gel extensions (Bonus)
- Execute flawless Gel and Shellac manicures with precision and attention to detail
- Apply regular polish treatments with professional finishing techniques




- Create custom nail designs tailored to client preferences and current trends
- Deliver luxurious pedicure services using our premium pedicure setup (bonus skill)
- Follow TO. Nails Touch's unique service protocols and procedures for all treatments
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation practices
- Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences
- Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service
- Uphold TO. Nails Touch's reputation for excellence in every service
- Ensure workstation cleanliness and proper tool sterilization
- Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development

Required Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

- Proven experience as a professional Nail Technician (minimum 3+ years preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Bio Gel application.
- Advanced skills in BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) techniques
- Extensive experience with Gel and Shellac manicure systems
- Strong traditional manicure skills with regular polish
- Demonstrated ability in creating intricate nail designs and nail art
- Thorough knowledge of nail anatomy, health, and proper care techniques
- Excellent understanding of sanitation and sterilization protocols
- Proven ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments




- Willingness to learn and adapt to our unique service processes and standards
- Ability to follow established protocols while maintaining creativity
