The Plant
Manager will oversee the safe production of products and ensure compliance with EHS regulations while driving continuous improvement projects. You will engage in hands-on duties and collaborate closely with the regional manufacturing team to achieve plant objectives. You'll also represent the site in quality audits and technical reviews. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations to ensure product quality
- Conduct hands-on maintenance and operator tasks
- Maintain safety standards and compliance audits
- Manage team activities and develop improvement strategies
- Prepare and present production and reliability reports Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in chemical operations
