Aurea Cleaners is hiring experienced residential cleaners for a casual to part-time independent contractor role.

This role is for you if you:

- Have 1+ year of professional cleaning experience
- Have your own vehicle and cleaning equipment
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and professional with clients

Pay Structure

- Earn 60% of each job + 100% of tips after probation
- Typical earnings are approximately $30–$35/hour, depending on the job and efficiency

Adaptable Scheduling

- Choose your own schedule (Morning and afternoon shifts Mon- Fri)
- Jobs are assigned based on your availability through our mobile scheduling app

Role Details

- Independent contractor position
- Cleaning types include: Recurring, Deep, and Move-in/Move-out
- We provide training, standards, and ongoing support
