Experienced Roofer – Repairs & Inspections

RonOvations is hiring an experienced roofer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on roofing experience. We are looking for someone dependable, skilled, and comfortable working independently on inspections, repairs, and service calls.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential and commercial roof inspections
- Diagnose leaks, damage, and other roofing issues
- Complete roofing repairs and service work
- Work safely on steep-slope roofs
- Take photos and provide transparent information about findings and completed work
- Lift and carry roofing materials, ladders, tools, and other heavy items
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Communicate professionally with customers and the office team

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional roofing experience
- Strong experience with roof repairs and troubleshooting
- Comfortable and experienced working on steep roofs
- Valid Working at Heights Certificate
- Must have your own reliable truck
- Must have your own roofing tools and equipment




- Valid driver's licence
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and safety

Experience with asphalt shingles, flashing, vents, siding/exterior repairs, flat roofing, and leak investigation is an asset. Pay: $45,000.00 per year
