About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join Ottawa's original, Ford performance dealership. Based in Ottawa for over 120 years, we are looking to add someone to our current team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience while representing one of Canada's most recognized automotive brands.

Responsibilities

- Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to post delivery follow through.
- Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service and follow-up.
- Prospect for new business using referrals, networking, digital leads, and community involvement.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using provided CRM software.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Stay current on Ford products, technology, incentives, and competitive vehicles.
- Maintain accurate customer records and timely follow-up communications.
- Participate in dealership sales meetings, training, and promotional events.
- Deliver a professional, transparent,



and enjoyable buying experience.

Qualifications

Required

- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (Ford experience considered an asset).
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership software.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- OMVIC certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred

- Experience selling (preferably Ford) vehicles.
- Bilingual (English/ +) is a bonus.
- Existing customer portfolio and referral network.

What You'll Do

- Sell new Ford vehicles, as well as used Ford and other manufacturers vehicles
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Generate new business through prospecting and referrals
- Manage online and showroom leads
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of automotive sales experience
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- OMVIC certified (or eligible)
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
