Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage multiple tables by prioritizing tasks effectively through excellent time management skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and food handling protocols




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Experience

- Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a robust focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly preferred, along with a solid understanding of the food industry standards for serving and guest services
